Rent the venue

A rental is three hours for the event itself, with an hour before it to set up and an hour after it to clear away. More hours can be added at $50 each.

These are the times still free on MAX's own calendar, set-up and clearing away included. Dates open a month ahead, because the deposit is due thirty days before.

The agreement is between MAX and you, so it needs your name and address as you would write them on a contract.

This is MAX's facility rental agreement with your date, your details and your fee written into it. Read it, sign it with your name, and the $75 deposit holds the day.

The card is typed into Square's own form and never reaches MAX. Only the $75 deposit is taken; nothing is kept for later.
